    Executive Account Manager

    Responsible for sales and marketing promotions in the Huntsville/Madison market. Responsibilities include featuring prime apartment communities to area realtors, corporate liaisons and prospective clients and directing to community websites. Implementation of outside sales, direct marketing with corporations, apartment community relations and interaction with other corporate housing providers. Keeping the quality and cleanliness at a superb level to ensure client satisfaction. Community building and networking through an active involvement in the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce, along with participating with the North Alabama Apartment Association meetings.

     

    Day – to -day activities include accessing cleaning schedules, submitting maintenance request to properties and tracking them until completion, detailed supply inventory, the physical replacement of housewares in apartments, utilizing the company vehicles to ensure a timely work day, and maintain a high standard for quality and comfort for our residents. Completion of all necessary paperwork for apartment leases (applications, info and place in Oscar) to ensure a smooth lease process for the client and following thru with all possible leads for future business.
