AANA provides education programs and informs members on legislative issues affecting the industry. Every year, AANA hosts a charity event, vendor expo, our Rocket Awards and Holiday Social, along with numerous monthly meetings and mixers. The monthly meetings and mixers provide a great opportunity to meet fellow industry members and expand your business connections.
AANA members can access our online Job Center, as well as the searchable Membership Directory.
One of the exclusive benefits offered to AANA members is the NAA Click & Lease program. NAA Click & Lease powerful and easy-to-use web-based leasing program, which allows apartment communities to save time and money by speeding up preparation and printing of legal documents. In addition to providing greater efficiency to the onsite leasing process, prospective residents may fill out a rental application online, and property managers may audit and edit entire portfolios of leases with a few clicks of a mouse. As a member of AAA and NAA, your organization will be able to utilize all the resources provided at state and national levels. This includes legislative and educational conferences, monthly publications, and other networking opportunities.
AANA has partnered with the National Apartment Association Education Institute to offer access to online training programs through NAAEI's Career Path Solutions online learning system. Certification for CAM, NALP, and other designations, as well as the Webinar Wednesday training sessions are available online through AANA membership and NAAEI.

This level of dues is designed for vendor members. $453.00 per annivarsary year. Includes one meal at General Membership Meetings.
Apartment Community
This level of dues is designed for apartment communities. $385 for 1 calendar year plus $.85 per unit.
Owner / Management Company
This level of dues is designed for owner's/management companies that have one or more properties
in the North Alabama area.
